Yo, the staff was chill. We got our breakfast early, a lifesaver since we had to bounce real quick. The place was clean and comfy. Just wish those A/C units were quieter, but honestly? Can't complain too much.

this hotel was excellant base for exploring hermosillo, really enjoyed it. the rooms where exceptionally comfortable, cozy in full view of the front desk, ideal for us. the location was marvellous and comfortable - ease of access to government center. moreover, it was near the airport, another restaurant, and a taxi.

The location was perfect for our family as it was just a short walk to the visa office. My dad was impressed as well, especially with the clean rooms and despite being filled to capacity, we managed to enjoy a decent breakfast.
In my wife's opinion, the noise levels from other guests were quite bothersome. A soundproofing improvement would really enhance the experience for families.

The front desk staff on Friday morning handled a busy lobby with great professionalism! The housekeeping team was always friendly. I appreciated the complimentary taxi service, a nice touch and very convenient.
